From I-5, take the Mercer St. exit and make a right.  Make a left at the first light and then merge right onto Westlake Ave.  Head straight as Westlake turns into Nickerson.  Stay on Nickerson and take the Emerson street bridge exit to the left.  Make a left at the stop sign.  Stay on Emerson until the first stop sign over the train tracks and make a right on Gillman Ave.  Follow Gillman to Discovery Park entrance and make a right on 36th Ave. W. 

We are located on the corner of Government Way and 36th Ave. W. at the main entrance to Discovery Park.  Parking and entrance is on the North side of the building.  

Hours of Operation:
Appointments are always best, but we are generally in the studio Tues-Sat 8am-4pm to welcome anyone who would like to stop by and pick up information, meet the trainers, or schedule a FREE consultation. All of our training times are by appointment only.
