Free Initial Consultation

Plumb Line Analysis
The plumb line is a great tool used to look at your standing posture, and provides us a picture of overall structural alignment in gravity.

Comparative Range of Motion
Range of motion testing determines overall flexibility and compares muscle and connective tissue imbalances throughout the entire body.

Core Function Testing
Core function testing assesses the ability to use the stabilizing muscles of the core properly during basic movement and lifting.

Physiological Load Analysis
Physiological Analysis determines common stresses that affect the musculoskeletal, visceral, hormonal and mental/emotional systems in everyday life.

  • Home exercise programs with detailed directions and pictures
  • Nutrition Program with your Metabolic Typing information, sample menu plans, food logs and valuable informational resources
  • Lifestyle recommendations with resources for stress management and goal setting and personal creativity

Structural integration is a treatment modality we use that involves extensive evaluation of postural alignment and movement, in order to balance the myofascial tone, length, and strength across all the major joints of the body.

By means of  of postural evaluation, MFLT™, manual therapy, dialogue, movement and neuromuscular re-education, a new-found empowered awareness develops to re-shape posture, movement patterns, and sense of self.

Our treatment is customized for you and your needs.  Our practitioners are Nationally Licensed Massage Practitioners who take a warm, heart-felt approach to your care.
