Holistic Lifestyle Coaching- Ross Meyer HLC III
I began
working as a personal fitness trainer in
2001. I was frustrated in my early years by
how certain clients rapidly achieved
dramatic results while others struggled.
Experience and study began to show me that
the limiting factor was often the subtle
aspects of a client’s health and wellness
and not their exercise program at all.
In 2006 I completed the Holistic Lifestyle
Coach level 1 certification through the
C.H.E.K. Institute and formed Bauhaus
Fitness LLC to integrate exercise and
lifestyle coaching. Learning to assess and
balance a client’s subtle body systems has
proven to be the missing link between
stagnation and breakthrough. HLC clients
report breakthrough results in improved
energy and mental acuity, weight loss,
improved physical performance, better sleep,
emotional balance, improved sexual
satisfaction, and everything in between.
I am certified by the C.H.E.K. Institute as
a Holistic Lifestyle Coach level 3, the
National Strength and Conditioning
Association as a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist, and by the National
Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified
Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise
Specialist. I spend my spare time
snowboarding, running, practicing Qi Gong
and internal martial arts, and studying. I
am dedicated to revolutionizing modern
society's relationship to health, movement,
and eating.

The main
objective is to make health and fitness
enjoyable, exciting and sustainable.

promote effective movement, and they
playfully bounce, jump and glide with
exuberance
