      STRENGTH integrate play-based fitness and functional strength training.  A Plābase Pro will teach you to move safely and effectively for an intensely fun class that is great for enhancing strength, cardio, balance and agility. 

    Each 6 week program incorporates focused full-body movements that target and tone all the right areas of the body.   

    Basics-   In this 6 week program you learn to safely and effectively perform full-body functional movements that will build a solid foundation of strength and stability.
       

    Squat, Bend & Lunge-  This 6 week program focuses on toning and strengthening the hips, legs and back.
     

    Push, Pull, Press & Twist-  This 6 week program focuses on toning and strengthening the arms, shoulders and torso.
