    STRENGTH Level 2

     

    Let's amp it up!  STRENGTH Level 2 is robust and dynamic.  Designed to challenge mind and body, each 6 week program focuses on specfic functional movements and games for developing optimal power, speed, endurance and coordination.  

    **This is an advanced level class and you must be pre-qualified from a Plabase Pro to participate.

    Squat, Bend & Lunge-  This 6 week program focuses on toning and strengthening the hips, legs and back.
     

    Push, Pull, Press & Twist-  This 6 week program focuses on toning and strengthening the arms, shoulders and torso.
