    Plābase fitness classes are great workouts that are functional, and enjoyable.  Every class involves practical movements and creative games that build strength, improve flexibility, enhance agility and balance while keeping you engaged and having fun.  Our goal is to have you laughing, sweating and inspired!

    Each of our 3 class formats are expertly designed to provide a meaningful and enjoyable fitness experience.   

     

    STRENGTH

    Feel the burn!  STRENGTH integrates play-based fitness and functional movement training for a fun and dynamic class that is great for enhancing full-body strength, cardio, balance and agility.

    Tuesday             6 - 7:30pm

    Wednesday      7:30 - 9am

    Saturday         8:30 - 10am

     

    STRETCH

    Pure rejuvenation! STRETCH blends play-based fitness with flexibility training, focused breathing and meditation for a soothing class that helps energize the body and quiet the mind.

    Monday             4 - 5:30pm

    Thursday          6 - 7:30pm

    Friday              9 - 10:30am

     

    LIVE

    Live in balance!  LIVE balances play-based fitness with Foundaitonal Health Coaching.  Each week is a new topic for living a healthy balanced life. 

    Saturday        11:30 - 1pm

    Foundations is a group class combining play-based fitness and holistic health education.  Each 90 minute class gives a rich experience of vigorous movement and health guidance that leaves you laughing and sweating while charging your mind with the tools and supoort for optimal health.
